You want to build your club's custom rugby uniforms, but the choices online bore you. You only get to choose from a few set templates where you can change some colours. However that is not the design your club uses so you feel like missing out. You don’t want to spend money on a jersey that does not represent your club. Here is how we allowed you to build the uniforms that represent your club.
How we started our rugby shirt creator
Here at rugby cottons we are mad rugby shirt fans. We were always designing rugby jerseys everywhere but we had to stick to photoshop. We know there are many other rugby jersey lovers out there who would like to design their own rugby jerseys. And there is an quirk hidden in the material that makes it even more interesting. Old school rugby jerseys were made out of cotton and cotton can only be woven in such a way that the design either has horizontal or vertical stripes in different colours. So the designs are limited to that. But as people know, limitation is often the birth of creativity, so that’s why all of the iconic jerseys came about because clubs tried to be creative with the striped design.
Then came an idea 2 years ago. We thought, why can’t you have a designer for long sleeve rugby jerseys that allows you to drag and drop the stripes and make them change colour. We wrote the idea on a whiteboard. The software is technical but after 2 years it was finally able to be made. That’s why you can now try to drag and drop your stripes on our designer
Design rugby jerseys the way they used to be?
Rugby jerseys used to be incredibly tough. They used to be 100% cotton. And they used to have all these details that made them built to last. Reinforced stichting everywhere. Rubber buttons, stuff like that. And preferably you’d like a rugby jersey that is just like the vintage ones you had or have, but then new for your team. But it is not so easy.
That’s why we tested many different materials, details, collar options and stitches until we found a jersey that we felt represents the continuity of rugby jerseys. With the embroidery and custom colours we ensure that your club or friends has a true item that everyone is gonna want for years to come.

We might ask you to confirm some details while we are in the production process. This does not always happen, but it’s just to be sure.
5. Receive them on your doorstep and wear them
After all these steps you receive your package, and you and your mates get to wear the uniform.
complete your custom rugby uniform with shorts
Why do we mention uniform all the time, when we’ve only talked about jerseys. Well we also sell shorts. So to complete the whole uniform you can get custom shorts with that as well. These shorts features embroidered logos and different colours. Because these shorts are made from a really strong 100% cotton twill they will last long. That’s why these shorts can be used for many purposes, they are often also called farmer shorts because they are so tough and versatile.
